SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms
Program / brand name: One Cut Glass text messaging program.
Program description: When you opt in, we send text messages related to your service with us — such as appointment confirmations and reminders, service and status updates, invoice/receipt notices, replies to your inquiries, and (for customers who opt in) occasional requests to leave a review, including Google reviews.
How to opt in: You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — for example, by checking the consent box on our form, providing your number for this purpose, or texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your service (for example, around appointments and invoices). Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply to each message.
